Our Process

  • Step 1

    Arrange an initial on-site meeting with David where a measure up and scope of works will be taken.

  • Step 2

    A detailed quotation will be sent to the client/builder.

  • Step 3

    Client/builder to sign off on the quotation and sent back to us.

  • Step 4

    Upon delivery of materials a 40% deposit is required.

  • Step 5

    Halfway through the job a second installment of 40% will be required.

  • Step 6

    On completion of the job a final walk through with the client/builder & David will be arranged to inspect the final works.

  • Step 7

    On satisfaction the final 20% invoice is then sent for payment.
